RLCB, Inc., a non-profit manufacturing
and retail operation, is seeking qualified candidates for the following
position:
Director, Development & Giving - The position has four major principal
duties:
1. Provide administrative direction, oversight, & supervision for the
department.
2. Initiate grant proposals & funding to support programs & services offered by
RLCB.
3. Initiate Foundation giving & funding sources for sustained support & growth
of organization.
4. Serve on Senior Management Team for strategic planning initiatives &
organization review.
Experience, Education & Special Skills Required:
1. Bachelor’s Degree required
2. Three or more years experience in fund raising/giving
3. Three or more years in development & community relations
4. Supervisory Experience
5. Knowledge in Grant-Writing
6. MS Office Suites Proficiency
7. Effective communication skills, both oral & written are essential.
