Codes, click here.

Requisition Status Definitions
|
Pending
|
GSA items are processed nightly and will
normally show status as Pending until the day after the order is entered. |
|
Backorder
|
The item has been backordered by the FSS
Supply Schedule. |
|
Cancellation Requested |
A cancellation request has
been submitted to GSA or the vendor. Be advised that this is a cancellation
request only. Items which have already been shipped will not be canceled.
For FEDSTRIP items, further status will be forthcoming. CSC Quick Order
items may not be canceled. For schedule item cancellation, this status will
remain unchanged - you may contact the vendor directly to confirm
cancellation.
|
|
Canceled |
For FEDSTRIP items, the
requisition/purchase order has been cancelled, either by you or GSA. To
review why the requisition was cancelled, click on "Canceled". The status
codes explaining why the order was cancelled are identical to the codes used
in the FEDSTRIP process. For Quick Order 2-7 day delivery items, "Canceled"
indicates that the CSC is out of stock and you should order at a later date.
No further information is available by clicking on "Canceled". For Federal
Supply Schedule purchase orders, "Cancelled" indicates that the purchase
order has been cancelled and the vendor has been notified.
