DLA Order Status Procedures

If you need to check the requisition status of an order placed to DLA, you have several options.  If you placed an order via the DoD Emall, you can click here to view the method to check your order.  If you placed an order through Warfighter (formerly ASCOT), you may click here to read the method of checking requisition status.  You may also use DESEX to check order status.

DoD Emall Requisition Status

To check requisition status on an item ordered through the DoD Emall, go to the following address:

https://emall.prod.dodonline.net/scripts/emLogon.asp

Login to your account from the main page using your username, password, and zip code.

Left click once on "Order Status" found under "Orders" on the left side of the webpage:

Using the "Status Date" drop-down menus, specify a search range and click on the "Search" button.

In this case we obtain a message that states "No status messages found."  Enter a document number and click on "Search" again.

This time we get an item description, quantity ordered, and price, but still have no information on the status of the order.

Left click once on "MRA Status" along the left column, and you will receive a summary of orders that have been shipped, as shown below:

You can also click on "Orders" and search by several criteria, as shown below:

From this search, you are able to click on the Vendor Order ID and obtain specific information about the order.

By scrolling down, you can see more details about each line item.

You can also click on "Shipments" along the left panel and search for information by DODAAC within specified dates:

This will give you results such as this:

If you click on the DODAAC link, you may receive a Security Alert.  If so, click on "Yes" to continue.

The DODAAC link will give you the TAC1, TAC2, and TAC3 addresses as they are registered.

When you have finished, be sure to click on the "Log Off" button in the upper left portion of the webpage.

If you have any additional questions, please call the home office, or email us and we will be happy to assist.

Warfighter Requisition Status

To check requisition status on an item ordered through warfighter.net (formerly known as ASCOT), go to the following address:

http://ct.dscp.dla.mil/ascot/index.html

Once you have arrived at the site, scroll approximately half-way down the page.

On the right you will see a section that says "Registered Customers Only".  Left click once in the link for "Requisition Status".

A login window will appear, as shown below.  Key in your User Name and Password, then hit the enter key or left click once on "OK".

You will then arrive at the Requisition Status page.  There are several ways you can check the status of your order.

First, left click on the drop-down menu and select your Address Activity Code under "DODAAC", as shown below:

Once you have selected your Address Activity Code, you can simply type in the Julian Date, or any portion of a Julian Date, to access all orders by that AAC on that date or series of dates.  In the example below entering "20" will check all orders by AAC 954608 from January 1, 2002 through April 9, 2002, since April 10, 2002, is day 100 on the Julian Date Calendar.  Left click once on the "Search" button, or hit the enter key.

This will display all requisition numbers in that date range, as shown below.  To view specific details about an item, left click once on the requisition number.

A new window will open and you will see the following information:

By left clicking once on "Track Shipment", you may be able to obtain some details about that item.  Sometimes you will see a message like the one below, indicating that there is no information available or the database may be down, and you can try later.

If you go back to the original window and scroll to the bottom, you can see how many matches you obtained on that particular search.  In this case, there are 116 requisition numbers that met the criteria specified.  You can also click on "Track Shipment" for an item from this page.

You can also check the status of a specific NSN by DODAAC, as shown below:

This will show you the status of all orders for that particular item placed by the specified DODAAC.  In this case there have been six orders for the Flyers Kit Bag, and all are listed as being shipped (Status Code "SS").  If an order is listed as shipped, but you do not yet have it, click on the "Track Shipment" link to the right of that line item.

This will give you details of the shipment, as shown below:
