Tips for Ordering with Boise On-line:

bulletMany of the UOM (unit of measure) abbreviations used in the POS system are derived from the federal government UOM designations. Boise may or may not use the same two-letter abbreviation. For example, the federal government uses PG for package, and Boise uses PK. If you order a product with an incorrect UOM, the shopping cart program will indicate that you have used a unit of measure it does not recognize, and will show you the correct one to use. In this case, all you have to do is accept the UOM shown, and add it to your cart.
bulletIf you do not know a particular Boise part number, you can search for products by name, then add them to your cart from the search.
bulletBoise will substitute essentially the same items with JWOD products when appropriate. Occasionally, the substitution will not be an item that is functionally the same. E-mail the home office at rlcb@raleighlionsclinic.com to report any product that falls into this category, and efforts to have that association removed will be made.
